Try not to dwell on the negatives Nikki, I know they are understandable 
My 6-month anniversary coincided with Christmas and New Year, so it was the first year in about 35 that I didn't end up feeling totally rubbish on New Year's day as I hadn't been drinking! In many ways, I'm much more aware of my health now and probably better for it.
I hope that something comes along to brighten your day 🙂 You've done extremely well over the past few months, and we have made a new friend
