How do you change your pump basal rates when the time changes, like today. I have changed the time but that throws the basal rates out. Do you move your basal rates forward 1 hour. e.g. Do you move your 0.00 to 1.00 and so on? Surely it can't work by just moving the clock because basal rates are wrong for the hour. PLEASE HELP ME!!!

H Spiritfree,

What I did was change the clock on my pump. The basals run off that.

As Tom say's, just change the clock, do it before bed tonight if you havent done it yet.
