Interesting article based on an interview with Tim Noakes. Tim is a legend in the running world (every runner should have a copy of his 'The Lore of Running' 🙂), and has changed his views on the suitability of high carb diets and 'carbo-loading' for distance running, and now promotes a LCHF diet (Low Carb, High Fat). Quite a few of our members have had great success with this diet, helping them lose weight and control their levels well.
