Although my blood test came back OK (non-fasting), My eyes, feel a bit funny, that is probably due to the excess time I have spent on the PC (not taking a break), Also it feels fine when I have my specs on, as well as letting shower gel get in my eyes a wee bit too often while showering. However, I will mention this to my doctor next week in my appointment.
I have used this time to review my diet and I am cutting down on the oat bars. Although, they are a better replacement for chocolate, some of them do tend to have a fair bit of sugar in them. Also I am going back to eating rye bread, I got the full size pack which was always quite filling, and the Nairn's oatcakes if I want a snack.
I am going to cut down on potatoes as well. No more rice and potato combo, one or the other. Still have my good and bad days mood wise, however, I met an old acquaintance who helped me put things in perspective.
When I do these rants, part of me feels like Steve Allan from LBC tee hee hee
