Back in January I bought a load of the stirfries, the two lowest carb variants, and have been using them for some months.
I was getting low so I restocked and tried one of the new batch - I usually defrost them in a colander or sieve before cooking them to let them drain as they are quite watery, but unfortunately this time I just tossed a small amount into a concoction for breakfast, expecting it to be moist enough.
It wasn't - I wasn't paying attention and it burnt!!

I suppose with supply problems being common these days such changes are inevitable, but having recommended these frozen mixes so warmly I just thought I should warn that they can be rather variable in the amount of moisture they contain
