I seem to remember someone saying thomson gave you extra hand luggage allowance for medical stuff etc- but have looked and cant find the thread-anyone know how we go about this- braving a 2nd holiday-as the first went well-ultra planning and lots of supplies carried though!
 
Thanks for that I knew i'd seen it somewhere -will get onto that
