Sorry if it seemed like I was hijacking the thread, I just wanted to point out that any one of us can get smacked with this and the general attitude still seems to be that it's your fault when it does.

No apology needed! It happens all the time that threads are spun off into their own so that replies don’t get lost and that the answers can become more specific to you.
Honestly it happens frequently 🙂
