It does look interesting but I wish journalists will stop writing about "painful finger pricks".
It just perpetuates the myth that it is something that will hurt when it doesn't have to if you do it properly as those of us with Type 1 diabetes for 10s of years know. The value from devices such as these is the continuous monitoring rather than spot checks.
