Hi all

I'm not normally one to shout about my own achievements but had to show off this one.

I was 23 Stone 7lb 3 years ago I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes two weeks ago. I had been losing weight through cycling and had gotten down to 20st 9lb.

Since January 13th (day of first blood test) I have massively changed my diet and lost a further 1st 9lb (I'm currently d9wn to 19st)


I'm off swimming today for thr time since 2020 I need to buy some new shorts today

Great news. Hard work isn't it, but, ohhhh so worth it in so many ways!

Really is worth it I feel better l, less tired so much more energy, haven't seen the nurse yet for the first time that's tomorrow (dreading it) but I think knive made a good start
 
And under 19stone this morning first time in 7 years
