Nearly my entire carb count for the day! They'd be a no no for me anyway. Maybe it should be 100kcals?

Well, the flour alone has about 120g so it looks like the serving size is 1 pancake..... judging by the picture I'd rather just go without than blowing my carb budget for the week by eating all 10 of them

200g flour, 250ml (250g-ish) milk, 200g blueberries, add in a bit for an egg and the other bits and I'm getting to around 680g. If the recipe makes 10, I can only assume Martin is right and the serving is a smidge over one mini-pancake. 🙄

Cook and Count Carbs works it out as total 910 calories or 133g CHO for the recipe (assuming no sprinkled sugar), approx 13g CHO each.

Oh and fried in sunflower oil too for the added extra of poisonous aldehydes. Mmmmmm!
