No not good.
As @Inka has asked did you forget to bolus?
Also do you know about correction doses or would you like someone to explain them to you?
 
Have you confirmed with a finger prick just in case it's a sensor gone rogue? You certainly want to do that before considering a correction dose.
 
What have you tried so far to deal with it?
Can you talk us through your diabetes management this morning? ie, When you injected your basal and bolus insulins and how much and what you ate and drank, so we can try to help you figure out where the problem is.
