This article has really surprised me!

I would say it is typically sensationalist reporting by the Daily Fail which is unfortunately now trying to scare people off exercising. I hadn't heard of it before, I must admit, but it must be very rare given the number of people who exercise regularly.

As for the comments about Omega 6 etc., I would say it's one of those internet theories, a bit like saying cinnamon cures diabetes and contrary to the overwhelming majority of current thinking and research findings.

Take it with a big pinch of salt (virtual salt though, that won't affect your blood pressure! 🙂)

Hi

Having read the artical - and the comments - it may be a recognised condition - but I bet not many indcidents occur - all good for over reaction, keep up the exercise and enjoy it - if it is going to happen it is going to happen, then sort it out!
