Well, think we can say that my new painkillers are working!
I had a fantastic sleep and although I am still getting twinges is my arm they are no where near as bad! And the sharp burning felling has gone completely! Dont know whether it is the amitriptyline or the diclofenac that is helping but at this moment I really don't care 🙂. I am on the smallest amount of amitripyline so it has not effected my head much except I am still a bit tired (after 9 hours uniterrupted sleep LOL). But after weeks and weeks of pain and interrupted nights I finally have some relief
