I went to Morrisons this morning, there were a lovely man and lady collecting money for Diabetes. My daughter (type 1) and my son were with us, they had a chat, meeting Carly seem to have brighten their day after so many people ignored them and some shouted at them that fat people don't deserve it!! And I thought they deserved a medal each!!
 
Oh dear...I'm not sure if I'm more gobsmacked that people would shout such abuse or gutted that the unofficial media campaign against diabetics has already had such an effect on the public consiousness... Well done to the couple for sticking with it & well done Carly for cheering them up! 🙂
