Found this article the other day, about how fat has, for years, been blamed for the effects of sugar. It was all new to me (but may not be hereabouts) & I found it a very interesting read.

Yes, they are finally coming round to the idea that maybe they got it wrong with fat and ended up pushing everyone to something worse! 🙄 Unfortunately, it will take a long time for people to start appreciating that something low-fat isn't 'healthy' if it is high sugar
