How come you get the remote just because you've got D? 🙂

I'd like to know that too, mind you I mustn't complain my dad does know who wears the trousers in this house :D

Have you been watching Sheila Ferguson and Paul Nicholas on The Real Marigold Hotel? Some surprising factoids come out of that prog from time to time, I have to say LOL

I don't think you'd get kale jelly to set very well Mike - unless you boil up a pig's trotter with it for a few hours initially LOL No good for jam either - no pectin apparently. Quite probably makes a good mulch for your roses though. There's usually a use for all sorts of things if you look hard enough.

Oooh just thought of an idea that might work - spit on it and put it on the nettle sting on your leg, and pull your sock up to hold it in place, when you can't find a dock leaf?

I grabbed some Kalettes from Lidl today and will give them a try tomorrow, Now all I need is some Kale Ale to go with it.🙂

That kale ice cream actually looks quite nice. I would.

so, Ditto & LJC, I get the remote because I'm obviously sick with T2 and it's one of the perks and I'm taking full advantage of it.

Unfortunately I haven't been able to source any Kalettes from our local farm shop just the full strength variety which is now delivered by tractor.
Kale Ale on the other hand sounds promising so let me know if you find any Rob.

We had Kale stroganoff last night which was interesting....................!
