Just got back from my diabetic review. HbA1c still at 35. LDL still high at 5.35 but trigs dropped to 0.5 & HDL up to 1.62 meaning the ratios put me at low risk, though she would still like to see my LDL levels drop but no idea what I can do about that. Anyway, overal i'm happy with that result. Still need to go back in 6 months, but if my results remain similar, I will be off the diabetic register.:D

Mark well done you must have worked tremendously hard to get to this. Happy for you

Great news Mark, well done🙂

well done you x

Wow well done you!

Never doubted it Mark, well done! 🙂 You don't actually need it to go any lower, it's pretty much spot on - and probably better than a lot of non-diabetic people! 🙂

Told yer so Markyp...good job well done...off to London..to a .party...will celebrate for you!!!

Thank you so much, guys. I really didn't expect my HbA1c to stay the same, not with some of the things I've been eating recently. The last 6 months have been an experiment to introduce more carbs & treats to see how well my body copes, and it seems to cope very well.🙂

Forgot to mention, my BP was 122/62. I believe that's good.

Well done mark x off the register eh ? Wow x

Not yet. Got to wait another 6 months for that. I will have retinopathy tests for the rest of my life, but I'm glad about that.

Mark - If you haven't already, having a look at some of the Professor Sikaris videos on YouTube could be useful.

Very well done with your results. Very stable indeed.
