I went to GP surgery on Tuesday 2nd June at 11.45am for diabetes bloods and foot check. Got my results through the post today, the letter was postmarked 3rd June! Hba1c up from 50 to 52, ( they are happy 59 and under) not surprised as my waking numbers are higher than they’ve been for a while so I seem to play catch up all day. When the DSN calls me next Tuesday I will ask about my basal requirements as diet hasn’t changed or exercise regime. Weight 1.2kgs lower than last year. ( April) BP lower too as is cholesterol. Feet fine, kidney function fine. So all in all I’m happy. 🙂

Great results.

Hi and generally good results. Do get yourself added to your surgery's online system including test results. You can then see all your tests results as soon as the surgery does and you can attend your appointment armed with the best information.

Great results @eggyg! :D 🙂😛

Well done @eggyg .
Great results, even through all this weirdness.

Great stuff @eggyg

Gold stars all round!

And amazingly speedy turnaround at your surgery too. so a big pat on the back for them 🙂

Sounds great, I had my review with the practice nurse on the phone, obviously no foot check, certified weight check or bloods taken, but I’m not due HbA1c for at least a month as I’ve been on insulin barely 2 months.

Well done @eggyg be proud especially under todays circumstances, congratulations on your weight loss. 🙂
