An NHS Trust has been slammed after splashing out ?300,000 on a new doctors' surgery that has only been used for four hours since opening in January.
The surgery was closed just hours after its grand unveiling when staff discovered the new building was riddled with IT problems.
Residents in Westbury-on-Severn, Gloucestershire, many of whom are elderly or infirm, have been left fuming by the problems, as they are still having to travel up to ten miles to go to the nearest surgery.
