A bit of an unusual item, and difficult to know where to post, but decided here, as it's related to food, and 5:2 fasting regime.

As well as advice by a Catholic monk, Muslim and Jewish fasts, plus the approach of an Anglican bishop to fasting during Lent are covered.

Not that I'm recommending the approach, just interesting to read how people deal with restricting food intake.
