I haven't bought this book but looks like you can pick it up for ?2.75 on amazon, so I may give it a go!!

In summary it says it has "carb counts of hundreds of drinks - from beer to wine to hard liquor" it goes on to say it has "Carb counts for 800 brand-name beers; Carb counts for 300 brand-name wines; 200 tasty low-carb drink recipes, including vodka, tequila, rum and more"

It is American book so not sure if the beer & wine will be as useful as one would hope, but it would be a good guide?

Wasn't sure how much I am allowed to paste and copy into such a thread. The above quotes are from amazon.co.uk under product description.
