by Patrick Qullin PhD

Gives the basics about Diabetes then goes on about food and nutrition.
If you want to read about food and nutrition, and supplements, this book is good reading.
By the end of it you will realise 'I already knew that'.
You will realise (what you already knew) that supplements and 'secret herbs' usually only work as 'supplements' if you are deficient, but some may be worth using for their a slight beneficail health effect, like chromium cinammon and fibre.
I liked this book because it covered all the nutritional supplements.
