There was front page news today in the Daily Express about a cure for high blood pressure. I didn't buy the paper would like to read about it, can someone send me the link please? thanks

Sadly its a typical Express headline that they are very good at. Whilst its true, the cure is a long way off.

One of the comments bothered me saying that fruit was a problem, 25g of fructose could raise BP and diabetic BG. Thought we were supposed tio eat lots of fruit.

Anyone with diabetes needs to watch and control the amount of carbs they eat. Some fruits have very high carb content so make sure you know which ones to cut right back on. The idea is to have some fruit which is included in a well balanced diet.
