Great achievements by all the contestants, I'm pleased that Kevin won, although I imagine it's 'easier' to lose a greater percentage of bodyweight the bigger you are to start with. I've lost about 8% of my bodyweight over the past year, but if I lost over 40% then I'd probably be in intensive care!

I was also interested to see the start of Supersize versus Superskinny tonight where the 'skinny' person weighed just under 8 stones - this is what I weighed aged 25 and I ate like a horse! 😱

They all did very well. Some of them lost a vast amount in a short space of time.

they worked hard and it paid off esp the one who won the holiday i could harldy believe it was the same girl

Me too! She had done amazingly well since leaving. I felt a little sorry for her really, because she actually made the greatest percentage weight loss and would have won the ?25k if she hadn't lost out on the final.

what was really nice too though was to see the increased confidence and happiness of the contestants
