Well .. what size are the vials and what strength is the insulin? I was pretty gobsmacked a few years ago when No 2 daughter was admitted to hospital as an emergency by ambulance direct from the GP surgery I'd delivered her to like a retired step mother with her own car ought to, and finding she was already on a paracetamol drip when I got there where instead of a bag of fluid the drip was connected up to a literally giant vial of paracetamol which the doc subsequently told me was 10x the normal strength of an over the counter tablet.

Don't know how they prescribe it, as the country is not only one of the most dangerous in the world. The murder rate is phenomenal, also they apparently have a poor health infrastucture. On the plus side they have had more winners of miss world than any other country!!
