I injected Carly and it didnt feel right so I checked if insulin comes out and it didn't so I changed insulin but that was not the problem so I replaced the pen and it was not that..... mmmmmm!!!! its took me about 20 minutes to work out why!! and it was that blooming needle with no hole!!!
 
No hole!!!! Send back the box! I would have been the same - have never come across a needle with no hole in it! 😱
 
It was just the one! If its happens again I will do that, thank you
 
How utterly weird! - never heard of that happening in me life before! LOL
