I've just come back from my annual blood test at the hospital, and have an appointment to see my surgery nurse next Wednesday. Fingers crossed that my results will be as good as, or better than, last year's...!

It's been a busy old time at home this year, so I've not managed to exercise as much but I've been pretty strict diet-wise, so we shall see next week... 😱
