Blood test time.
Had my yearly appointment for my hba1c, cholesterol and other tests they want to do.
I'll check online in a couple of days to see if my results are in.
I'm not holding my breath for a good hba1c this year. But I'll deal with whatever happens.

Good luck.

Getting full works myself in 4 weeks time, funny how you sort of dread results bit like waiting on school report, more often they are OK but you never learn for next time when bloods come around.

Oh well, hba1c is now at 68. So up from last year.
Everything else is fine.
Now I wait the GPS to review in the virtual clinic before finding out what's gonna happen next.
I admit I've not had a great ýear despite all the walking and strollercise that I do. So now I need to give myself a kick up the rear end and get my act together. But that's easier said than done.

I have heard that a new hair colour will reduce your levels.
At least, that is what I am trying - last week, I had copper highlights (on auburn hair) with pink and purple undertones.
