Hi there,
It was really nice to meet some of you in London on Saturday - some good discussions were had! I hope those of you who were still there after I left enjoyed the rest of the afternoon!
It was good to chat a little about how we can promote the forum a bit more as a way to help people. The blog that Northerner wrote a little while ago proved really popular - and he mentioned that some people might be interested in telling their stories about the forum too - and how it's helped. If that's you, do get in touch with me or Northerner and we'll work out a plan.
It'd be really nice to maybe record some of you talking about the forum too - it'll be good to have some different content to appeal to more people in varying way (we did something like this recently for a few various things that worked very well!).
Next year will see me looking more at how we can promote the forum a bit more (as well as looking to improve it in general) and really highlight how you're all so helpful in assisting others cope with their diabetes. Any help anyone would like to offer - or suggestions you'd like to make - would be fantastic!
Thanks all!
