I have just received a response from my doctor over the w/e outlining a years blood prick tests/no carbs diet and exercise I take. I also mentioned you guys. as a recommended source of info and support regarding diabetes 1 and 2. He was happy to confirm I was not showing signs of pre diabetes and all I have to do is attend another Hba1c test at my convenience to complete this. I was so relieved. I want to say thank you for helping me and pointing me in the right direction. I will still look in cos you are amazing. I also hope you stay healthy and able to control all the different types of challenges you have. I will always stay alert to these potential health risks and know there are people out there who kindly share and support like you do. Thank you.
