Just wanted to thank you for your comments on my worried post ..
I was overly concerned on blood numbers and in a bit of a panic..

My blood glucose dropped to 3.4 yesterday my Gp said to go to A&E I had been feeling poorly and so after more bloods and heart ECGs etc
I had NOT been eating enough over the last 10 days i had cut out all the sweet stuff but was also restricting myself on Body Fuel .
I’d been constantly looking at the continuous glucose monitor and getting anxious.

I know I’m lucky to have a low number of 41 and chance to make changes for the better .
Just wanted to that you for the reassurance you had given prior to my OTT episode and I aim to eat today a few nice things I’d restricted lol

Good to hear you got the medical support and they were thorough in taking more bloods etc. In a way, it's reassuring that nothing else was happening for you and that you can allow yourself to eat more. If you need meal and snack ideas, the community will be sure to offer their go-to recipes!
