Just wanted to say thank you for your support I'm going to be looking at recipes today on here but my blood reading are 10.7 after my porridge this morning so slightly down

I love my porridge, have it twice a week, my reading always go above 12 but comes down quickly, was told by diabetic nurse that’s no problem since porridge is good for you

Just be careful when you read what people have as what might be suitable if Type 1 may not be quite so good if Type 2 managing by diet.
