Would just like to thank people on here as I’ve just had my first review after being diagnosed type 2 in march with a hbc1a of 92 it is down to 53 mainly due to diet low carb which I knew nothing about apart from all your information posted on here, I’ve lost 20lbs and bp 132/72
Thank you as without this thread I’m not sure I would have understood the low carb importance!

hehe well done for losing 20 lbs! I've just started cutting back and need to lose 3 st. These forums are great aren't they? You can ask any question you like and get a dozen replies. All the things you forgot to ask your doctor. I find the members really supportive on any issue which is great. I'm glad I joined!

Well don!. You are doing great, keep it at a sustainable level because otherwise you may run out of will power.
This is a marathon rather than a sprint, but even though there are often bumps in the road when we focus on the longer term we can get back on track again quite quickly.

Congratulations on a great result! Well done!

Well done for doing so well @Julieheller, you've done splendidly. Good stuff.

Good job! - that's the way to do it!! 😉

Well done @Julieheller
You have certainly got your head round things, and been rewarded with success.

Congratulations on your terrific weight loss, and great HbA1c reduction @Julieheller
