Hi I would like to change to a new password , I got sent a temporay one , but dont know how to change this . also I would like to start a new thread but dont know how to do this. also I would like to thank all those that wished me happy birthday , I lost touch with this web site because my computer grashed and I lost all my password , I also could not rember wich board I was on , I have been but on Meataformin 10000mg it seems to be working , my bloods are 7.9, 6.1, 5.8, going for to get my bloods done next week hate the thoughts of having to fast the night before .

Hi Mike, glad you found us again! Hope I haven't confused you by moving your post to a new thread.

You can change your password in the User Control Panel - click on 'User CP' on the line under the site heading and look through the options.

You can start a New Thread by going into a messageboard and clicking on 'New Thread' in the top corner of the messageboard.

Have a play around - you can't harm anything. Your numbers are looking good!
