hi all just started testing, this monr was 4.8 had brekie then test 2 hours l8r 10.4 wait hour test again 5.2 hour l8r av dinner within 2 mins ov eating din became al sweaty hot shakey, so test again while them syptoms wer on 3.4 so i got 3 digestives in2 me was i going hypo, used 2 get them hot sweaty shakey feelins quite alot b4 diagnosed. Doc dropped my metformin last week from 3 a day to 2. Getting me down this diabetes lark 😡
 
If you were a 3.4 then you were hypo. It's worth talking to your healthcare team about treating hypos but most would probably reccommend something faster acting to treat a hypo, like fruit juice, jelly babies, Gluck tabs etc. Are you keeping a record of your readings? It could be useful to spot any patterns etc.

Other than the hypo though those are great numbers, well done!

ty aymes i have just started testing 2day and will keep arecord bcos these hypos av been coming on 4-5 times in a fortnight, plus i did have a hypo in surgery bout 4 months ago they said i was about 1.4 just gave me sugary tea and choc biscuit but no advice . ty Andrew
