Trudi Deakin's book, "Eat Fat" has a chapter outlining sweeteners, including whether they do or don't have a reputation for raising blood sugars. Trudi's book is succinct and to the point. She crams more, simply expressed information on one page than most can do in 10. She doesn't go into huge amounts of science, but we can all find as much of that as we want by referencing Dr Google, if we want it.
I bought it when it was published, primarily in support of Trudi being brave enough to shout out her change of view on diet et al. More longstanding members may know what I mean, but all in all, it's a great little book I quite often just dip into, if I need a quick refresher on something.
Sadly, the book isn't yet available in e-format, so it's physical paper only for now.
