where would i get and can i buy those test strips i dont know what they are called that i can test sugar in drinks etc as judging from my blood sugar i think i was served full sugar coke yesterday and would not like history to repeat itself...

can i buy it at the chemist or do i need a perscrip from doc
if cost how much roughly please

They are called "Diastix". I bought mine at Lloyds Pharmacy for just under a fiver.
 
ok thanks was not sure what they are called will have a look in the chemist tomorrow
 
If you have a Glucose Meter for your bloods you can use that.
 
Diastix are available from most pharmacies and chemists, although I think you may need to ask for them at the counter. They are also available on line. Some people get them from Ebay, although I got mine from Amazon.
 
bought diastix today in boots today and i tried it out in mcd and it was diet coke tho wondering if it would work with something like vodka and diet coke or buy seperate and test the coke

now going to watch the video
