I accidentally left my Contour test kit in the car last night. I have bought it inside and keep trying to test but keep getting an E1 error. Is this because the test kit is too cold or have I broke it?🙂
Its working again now thank you so must have been the cold.
Yes -I shouldn't have left it in the car - but having driven over 600 miles in total I was so shattered I went straight in the house and plopped on my bed!

If you don't know where it is, it might be worth calling their customer service and asking for a replacement error code leaflet - I always have mine to hand now after wondering what on earth was wrong on a couple of occasions! 🙂
