Staff at the Lottbridge Drove branch of Tesco raised ?1,300 for Diabetes UK by completing a bike ride to Lapland.
More than 50 members of staff took part in the charity cycle, which was for a total of 14 hours over the course of two days in the store?s foyer.
The staff, including management, rotated during the weekend to allow everyone to have a stint of the bike.
Eastbourne and Wealden YMCA painted a festive background for the team, while pupils from Parklands Infants School made 220 stockings to decorate the shop?s windows.
