Hi Terry, welcome to the forum 🙂 Have you been diagnosed long, and are you on any medication for your diabetes? What are your levels like in the mornings, and how do they compare with your bedtime readings? Are you testing immediately on waking, or after you've been up and about for a while? For a lot of people their levels are pretty good through the night, but then, as they start to wake up, their liver releases extra glucose into the blood, supposedly to give you a 'boost' to start the day. This is known as Dawn Phenomenon (click on it to read more). Let us know a bit more about your situation and we might then be able to make suggestions that could help 🙂I am having problems to controlling by blood sugars levels there to high.in the first thing in the mornings any members got any advice to control this to lower this
I haven't heard of Informix Terry, is it a mixed insulin? From the numbers you are posting here it looks like you may need to increase your doses - there's only that one 5.5 on Thursday which appears good - should that be 15.5?Thanks for your response lam on Informix twice a day l take 10 units in the morning and 12 units at night I have been a diabetic for about two
