Depends if you mean ambient temperature or your body temperature. If I am out on a cold day my levels will drop slightly, and I may have to eat another 10/15 gm CHO, as one uses energy to keep warm. On a really hot day (>25C) it is the opposite. If I have a temperature just about anything can happen as it is the sign that your body is fighting something.
Lou, I almost find it the other way round, if my levels are low 4 or 5 I will often be really cold, particularly my hands. But when my levels are higher it is not so bad. I have taken to wearing fingerless gloves in the office at the mo.
