Hi everyone, My levels have been really terrible the last 48hrs, not really going down today or yesterday 9.6 this morning from 9.9 before bed last night, 12 at lunchtime and 11 at tea time even though I had been for a walk. My temperature has been off to (mainly panic attacks due to thinking I had covid!) Should I be phoning/emailing my DSN to ask because I keep having panic attacks which are making my BS levels high.

Does anybody else suffering from feeling hot at the moment when their BS is high, I was okay when it has been hot weather before, as my BS corrected themselves.

Can't say I've ever noticed it, either when running just HI according to my meter, which was when I was suffering with panic attacks and mega high work stress, or when it's been well over 30C in the shade, except that caused directly by the ambient heat itself - which has always lowered my BG dramatically.

If you have a temperature I would complete the 111 symptom checker, my daughter had one two weeks ago and we all were asked by 111 to have the test. All clean.
I would suggest a drive in over waiting for the test at home kit if you need to do it.
Take care x

Thanks maybe it's just me then 🙂

Thanks 🙂 I'm going to have a chat with my DSN to see a way forward, it might be something simple. If they suggested that I do a 111 survey I would do it, as a couple of days over the weekend I improved, then it started up again, so its a mystery for my symptoms.
