does anyone can a good tattooist tattoo over SH scars reason i ask is throu my past i have scars on both forarms the lefts not to bad but the right is full of them and they are very oberouse i just wanna know if it is possible
 
Hello, how old is the scar tissue? Some skin trauma can take longer regarding how well controlled the diabetes. Taking all that into consideration, there is no reason why not.
