Sam Taylor, 44, lost her weight after following the Slimming World plan.
An overweight mum-of-three who was refused life insurance and diagnosed with diabetes and sleep apnoea has lost a whopping EIGHT stone.
Sam Taylor, 44, from Tarleton, who at her biggest was a 28 dress size, knew she had to take action when she was at a party dancing and caught sight of her own reflection and felt mortified at what was staring back at her.
Having struggled with her weight all her life, she said that she had been pretending to herself and others around her that she was content, but really she was secretly struggling with depression.
In 2011, Sam was also diagnosed with severe sleep apnoea and Type Two diabetes and had to use a special machine to keep her alive at night.
