Can't find this online, but letter titled "Targetting diabetes" by Paul Burstow, Minister for Care Services is in Readers' responses section of SocietyGuardian in Guardian newspaper today, 22nd June 2011. Letter written in repsonse to "Sizing up the problem" published on 15 June 2011, but I can't find a link to this either. If a link is published online, I'll add it here.

I can't find it either. The only things I found on the site from Paul Burstow deal with the NHS in general.
