Well, if I have to eat when out I have Kentucky fried chicken without the chips.
 
Only a problem if you are eating them every week I would imagine, as a occasional treat the high saturated fat, salt, sugar and colourings levels will do little to your health. Curries are better made at home anyways, far cheaper and you can add as little or as much of these ingredients depending on your taste and preference.
