It depends, however hard people try and make dietary changes and have medication their metabolism just doesn't co-operate but others do manage it. There are quite a few who post who have achieved it.

If you have damage to your pancreas rather than being a straightforward Type 2 then not just difficult but I would have thought well nigh impossible.

I’m now waiting to hear from the DN to see if they’ll refer me to an endocrinologist and a scan
