hi all ,my hand till very swollen after insect bite lve never had one this bad could it be the diabetes
 
It's more likely to be a reaction to the bite. There is an increase in the UK of the numbers of the False Widow Spiders for example, a biting spider with a poisonous bite. London and Kent have seen large numbers. That particular lil bu**er is responsible for people having to go to casualty with large swellings.

The bites are usually treated with antihistamines.
