swollen ankles

last couple of days my ankles have been a bit puffy, have put this down to hot weather, bs a wee bit hi but its at a normal level for me. last night in bed they ached a bit and my legs felt very restless just could not keep them still wotever way i lay, felt like they had a life of there own. Should i be worried at all

Hi Gail, Can't really help but just wanted to say hello and I hope they are feeling better soon. It does sound like it could be due to the heat but it might be worth getting checked out by your doctor just in case
 
Could just be the hot weather, but is always worth getting them checked. Your doctor sounds lovely so I'm sure it will be no trouble.
