It rather depends on what you want to use it for as different sweeteners are suitable for use in cooking or just adding to your tea or coffee.
If you look at the Canderel website you will see just how many there are.
Peoples sensitivity to sweeteners varies in terms of taste and if they affect their blood glucose.

Welcome to the forum @zander

I think it really depends a lot on you, and on what you want to se the sweetener for? As @Leadinglights says, some sweeteners cannot be used in some situations (eg baking) and you may find one suits your tastebuds better than others.

Some people worry about using sweeteners at all, or about certain types. I’ve generally never had a problem with any of them found in diet drinks etc (even full sugar drinks used for hypo treatments have sweeteners in them these days, following the ‘sugar tax’ 🙄)

One of the best things is to gradually reduce the sweetness in your foods overall. It doesn’t take the body very ling to adjust, and after a few weeks/months you may find that some things you previously craved now taste unbearably sickly, while other allegedly savoury things have a subtle but pleasant sweetness to them. 🙂
